Subscription Details
New subscribers will have access to a free trial at the time of sign-up. Users who don’t wish to continue their membership past the trial should cancel before the seven days are up so they aren’t charged.
At each renewal date (whether monthly or annually), your account will automatically be charged the subscription fee. If you’d prefer not to be automatically charged, just head to your Account Settings and turn off ‘Auto Renew’.
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, without fee or penalty. (Note: you won’t be refunded for any unused portion of your subscription.)

an update massively changed the game, its terrible now. they took away all the free mini games my 4 year old loved. all the mini in-game items that she earned by us buying the toys are gone too. awful decision. This used to be the best game to let her play as a reward every now and then or when waiting somewhere for too long. Now even all the mini games seem to be gone in the remaining free levels

Thank you for your feedback. We know the update has come with some big changes, but we still want all our fans to enjoy the app. With this, you can still enjoy two rooms entirely for free, alongside all the in-game QR code items. Don't forget to check the Meow Meow Mailbox for fun daily surprises!

Lets offer free game that kids love as a perk to the high cost for the toys... then decided to update and gaslight us into thinking the new update made the game better, but now it also costs a monthly fee to play at all really 👎. My 3 year old was so upset. We don't need a monthly membership with other games , we want the original game back. It would have been better to actually do a update, and have the new features locked and then charge a 1 time fee for the update and new features. 🙄

use to love this game. now it is part of some game subscription pack and you have to pay for what was free. and all the gabby surprise QR codes that I bought and scanned are gone. it's frustrating. in its current state it's not even a game. it is 2 rooms that make noise. there is zero free way to play a game that I actually spent hundreds of dollars on unlocking things.

We're sorry to hear this! You can rescan your QR codes to unlock items, or go to Parent Icon > Settings > "Unlock all rewards". For purchased rooms, logging into your original App Store ID will automatically restore them. If you still need help getting set up, email [email protected] so we can look into it!
